- The Athletics, Health & Wellness Department offers a variety of course options for students to fulfill the physical education requirement at OLSH:
- Phys Ed covers the five components of fitness: Body composition, flexibility, muscular strength, muscular endurance, and cardiovascular endurance.
- Advanced Competitive Games is designed for advanced athletes looking to further develop their fitness and coordination skills.
- Weight Training & Personal Fitness provides the opportunity for students to utilize the equipment in our facility coupled with personal training support
- Health class focuses on decision-making skills related to healthy behaviors and lifestyles, and includes topics like drug and alcohol awareness, mental health, and peer to peer relationships, among others.
