Class of 2025 Open Application Period – November 8, 2020 to April 30, 2021

The Class of 2025 is limited to 100 students on a first-come, first-served basis until the class is filled. Students applying after the class is filled will be added to a wait list. Decision letters are mailed within 2-3 weeks of receipt of all required materials (including required records). Once your acceptance packet is received, please return it with your $100 non-refundable deposit to hold your child's seat in the class! Apply online!

Transfer Open Application Period – Now through January 15, 2021

If you have a child interested in transferring to OLSH, visit our Transfer page to learn about the steps OLSH takes in the process. Transfer students may be subject to a wait-list dependent upon the grade of entry.

OLSH Virtual Scholarship and Tuition Assistance Information Night - Wednesday, January 20, 2021

The OLSH Scholarship and Tuition Assistance Information Night will be held on Wednesday, January 20 at 6:30 pm online via Zoom. Register online to receive information for this evening!  More information regarding scholarships and tuition can be found on our Scholarships & Other Aid page.

2021-2022 Tuition Assistance and Scholarships

Applications for OLSH Tuition Assistance and Scholarships are due March 15, 2021. OLSH Scholarship applications can be found here. To be eligible for OLSH Financial Aid and for any need-based scholarships, you must submit an application through FACTS. Visit the Tuition & Affordability page for more details. The FACTS Financial Aid application will become available in late January and requires completion of your 2020 federal tax return.

Charger for a Day - Saturday, January 23, 2021

All 8th graders are invited to experience OLSH at our second Charger for a Day event! The event will take place from 9:00 to 11:30 am, and is limited to 40 students. Attendees will rotate through classes in small, safely distanced groups and meet faculty and students! Register online!

Class of 2025 Placement Test - January 30 or February 6, 2021

The OLSH Placement Test will take place on Saturday, January 30 and Saturday, February 6 for all 8th grade students interested in attending OLSH in the fall. Students taking the exam will be eligible for our St. John Neumann Academic Merit Scholarships! All incoming freshmen applicants should take this exam for course placement purposes. There is no fee. Register for the placement test!


Course Scheduling – April & May 2021

In April, counselors Mrs. Woynar and Mrs. Pihlblad will be reviewing all incoming 9th grade students' placement test scores, report cards, and standardized test scores in order to recommend courses for the fall. Students and their families are invited to be active participants in this process! More information will be shared during placement testing.
