OLSH parents gather at local test kitchen for evening of food and fellowship

More than 20 parents of OLSH students gathered for what is quickly becoming a tradition for parents – the Parent Social at the Core Group/Sesco Test Kitchen.  This event is hosted by the OLSH Parent Ambassadors and current parent Mike Rykaceski. The menu included a delicious variety of expertly prepared foods by Mr. Rykaceski including fresh breads, roasted asparagus and Brussels sprouts with main dishes of pan seared salmon and oven roasted stuffed chicken breast. The meal didn’t end there as there was a plentiful assortment of cheesecakes and sweet treats to conclude the meal. “This annual event is a wonderful opportunity for OLSH parents to gather together for a casual and fun evening, all while enjoying a wonderful meal in a unique setting,” said Parent Ambassadors Laurie Kanoza and Mary Kim.

Parents of OLSH students (and parents of alumni as well) are invited to become involved with the OLSH Parent Ambassadors.  Monthly social activities are planned throughout the school year and all are welcome.  More information can be found at https://www.olsh.org/apps/pages/parents.
