The OLSH Class of 2029 Welcome Night was held on Monday, May 5 for parents/guardians and Friday, May 9 for incoming 9th grade students. Welcome Night information packets were distributed in a purple folder at this event, with some mailed home to those who were unable to attend. (This packet included the student's preliminary schedule or request to submit your course selections, uniform information, health history and immunization form, and school supply list, among other items.)
If you were unable to attend Welcome Night or were not yet enrolled at OLSH, please contact Mrs. Jessica Sellman at [email protected] to obtain a copy of the materials.
All families who applied for tuition assistance through OLSH's financial aid program (applications due March 15) received notification of their aid awards at the end of April. If you applied after the deadline, your application is reviewed after FACTS's two-week processing time.
If you have not yet applied for aid through OLSH but are still deciding on your child's high school destination, please complete the FACTS Application for Grant and Aid, found here: https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/4H2YY. We will continue to accept applications for financial aid, until all resources are exhausted. You can find answers to some of the most common aid and tuition questions on our FAQs page, located at www.olsh.org/apps/pages/financialfaqs.
All families enrolling in the Class of 2029 must complete their Enrollment Contracts in Blackbaud, select a payment plan, and submit the Administrative Fee ($22 or $56) by June 14 for July 1 payments to begin. All families must complete the Enrollment Contract by the deadline so as not to negatively impact your child's fall enrollment. To log in to Blackbaud, go to https://olsh.myschoolapp.com and enter your login credentials (created when you submitted your application for admission).
Please Note: Enrollment Contracts are NOT available at this time. An email will be sent when they are ready for completion.
Selecting a plan will ensure that you have control over the frequency and date your tuition payments occur. All payments begin July 2025 and run through the academic year, with full tuition due no later than June 30, 2025. You may select quarterly, semi-annual, or annual payment options. Annual payment (one-time pay) made by August 20 will also receive a $100 discount off tuition. You can access your payment history, plan details, and account balance at any time by logging into your child's Blackbaud account, selecting the Resources tab, and clicking on the Tuition Management button.
If you do not have access to an Enrollment Contract in your child's account, we may be missing a key piece of their admissions information, such as records from their previous school or their admissions deposit. Please contact Mrs. Jessica Sellman at [email protected] for more information.
If you have not made your course selections for the fall semester, or would like to change any of your already-selected courses or electives, please contact your school counselor directly to start this process. They are also available to discuss your placement test results, course readiness, the ALLI program, or any other options to help you succeed in high school and beyond!

OLSH provides countless opportunities to stay in-the-loop on school news and updates. The most commonly used methods we contact our families are via email and social media (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter).
If you are not currently receiving OLSH Admissions emails, or would like an additional parent email added to our list, please contact Mrs. Jessica Sellman '02 at [email protected] so that we can add your email address to the Class of 2028 distribution list.
