Summer at OLSH 2026

OLSH provides summer experiences to enrich each child's summer and promote continuous learning and growth.  We invite you to explore all of the options listed below!  

Grades listed for each camp are the grade the student will be entering in the Fall of 2026.

All campers must be registered at least two weeks prior to the start of camp to receive a free custom t-shirt.

 

Soccer

Soccer Camp

Date: Monday, June 8 through Wednesday, June 10

Time: 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Entering Grades: 5-8

Cost: $40

Registration Due (for T-shirt): May 25

Join us at Youthtowne for OLSH Soccer Camp for boys and girls, where student-athletes will build their skills and confidence on the field. Campers will focus on ball control, shot power and accuracy, and teamwork through engaging drills and instruction. The camp will also feature a fun tournament, giving players the chance to put their skills into action in a competitive and supportive environment. Soccer

Cross Country Camp

Date: Monday, June 8 through Thursday, June 11

Time: 8:00 am - 10:15 am

Entering Grades: 4-8

Cost: $95

Registration Due (for T-shirt): May 25

Train with the OLSH cross country team!  Camp will include leg and hip strengthening with some light weight training, speed development, using running bands, hill training and downhill running techniques.  Final day (Thursday) will take place at Youthtowne. Cheer

Cheer Like A Charger Clinic

Date: Saturday, June 13

Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Entering Grades: K-6

Cost: $65

Registration Due (for T-shirt): May 30

Join the OLSH cheerleaders for a day of cheer through chants, cheers, dance, and basic stunts. A pizza lunch will be provided and a small parent performance will conclude the camp! Participants will receive a t-shirt and cheer bow, and will also have the chance to cheer on the field at an OLSH Charger Football Game in the fall. Craftea

Craftea Camp

Date: Monday, June 15 through Friday, June 19

Time: 9:00 am - 11:30 am

Entering Grades: 6-9

Cost: $75 ($50 for each additional sibling; register separately by emailing [email protected])

Join us for Craftea Camp, a week-long experience where each day features a new craft theme! Campers will create hands-on projects while learning about the history and cultural background behind each craft. In true Craftea style, every day will also include a thoughtfully paired tea, a sweet treat, and a featured saint connected to the theme. Creator Camp

Date: Monday, June 15 through Friday, June 19

Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Grades: K-3

Cost: $100

At Creator Camp, students will explore how God created each of us and the beautiful world around us. Through fun, hands-on activities, campers will discover that they are creators too—using their imagination and talents to make something meaningful and beautiful. High School Theatre Bootcamp

Date: Monday, June 15 through Saturday, June 27 (Last Friday & Saturday: Show Days)

Time: 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Entering Grades: 9-12

Cost: $200

The award-winning OLSH Theatre Department is hosting this camp for high school students to work on their performing techniques. This level of camp will include more intensive/specific work on their stage presence, performance skills, dancing, and vocal ability. Bowling Clinic

Dates for Minis: Tuesday, June 23 & Thursday, June 25 (Entering Grades: K-4)

Are you ready to improve your bowling skills, meet new people, and enjoy a new sport this summer? Consider joining the OLSH Chargers bowling team for a 2-day clinic! Boys and girls entering grades K-8 are invited to join us at Paradise Lanes on Neville Island to learn how to bowl (or learn a different technique). Learn different skills to utilize in your bowling game and enjoy a lifetime sport! Spots are limited, register as soon as possible. Video Game Development Workshop

Date: Monday, June 22 through Friday, June 26

Time: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm

Entering Grades: 7-9

Students will make their own video game under the mentorship of a professional in the industry, using the Unity game engine. Through discussion, lessons, and hands-on exercises, students will learn how game development (and software development in general) relies upon various principles in computer science, math, digital art, and business. Topics include: software systems design, math, digital art, time management, team dynamics, business thinking, game design, and the many different types of jobs in the video game development industry. Young Filmmakers Workshop

Date: Monday, July 6 through Friday, July 10

Lights, camera, action! In this hands-on 5-day filmmaking camp, students will become directors, writers, and editors as they create their own short films from start to finish. Learn the basics of storyboarding, camera techniques, and editing, and experiment with different styles. In this 5-day creative writing camp, students will explore a wide range of creative writing styles — from short stories and poetry to personal essays, flash fiction, and more.
