Why Give

The late Sr. M. Pulcheria Saukaitis, whose connection to OLSH spanned from entering as a student in 1935, serving as a teacher and principal, and later volunteering until her passing in 2019, beautifully expressed the spirit of giving when she said:

“We should give back to those from whom we have received to show our gratitude. Our education from OLSH has helped to shape our lives. We are here on earth to share our talents with our fellow members. Let OLSH spread its good news for many more generations.”

Those words continue to inspire the OLSH community today.
