Dean of Students

OLSH is seeking a visible, relational leader who believes the best schools are built on strong relationships, high expectations, and authentic care for students to serve in the new position of Dean of Students. The OLSH Dean of Students serves as a member of the OLSH Instructional Leadership Team and is the primary leader responsible for fostering a school culture where students thrive academically, socially, emotionally, spiritually, and personally. Working closely with the Principal, Dean of Academics, Mission Director, School Counselors, faculty, and families, the Dean develops systems of support that promote student success while ensuring that every student experiences the care, accountability, and encouragement that define an OLSH education. More than managing discipline, this leader helps shape the culture of the school by building authentic relationships, supporting student growth, strengthening family partnerships, and promoting a community rooted in dignity, belonging, and the Gospel values of Jesus Christ. Dean of Academics

OLSH is seeking a visionary educational leader who believes that great schools are built by great teachers and that one of the most important responsibilities of leadership is helping educators reach their fullest potential for the new Dean of Academics position. The OLSH Dean of Academics serves as the chief academic leader of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School and is responsible for advancing teaching, learning, curriculum, and instructional excellence across the school. As a member of the OLSH Instructional Leadership Team, the Dean works closely with the Principal, Dean of Students, Mission Director, School Counselors, faculty, and department leaders to strengthen the educational experience for every student while supporting the professional growth of every teacher. More than coordinating curriculum, this leader helps shape the future of OLSH by fostering innovation, developing faculty, strengthening academic programs, and ensuring that faith and reason are intentionally woven throughout the educational experience. Van Driver

OLSH is seeking substitute drivers to transport students from the South Hills to and from our campus in Coraopolis. This position includes daily morning and afternoon runs as needed when the regular driver is unavailable.

Qualified candidates must:

  • Be at least 21 years old
  • Have a valid driver's license - CDL not required
  • Have or be willing to obtain school clearances

Girls Soccer Head Coach
Our Lady of the Sacred Heart High School in Coraopolis, PA is currently seeking candidates for the position of head coach for OLSH Girls Soccer. The ideal candidate will have previous coaching experience, as well as all clearances required by the state of Pennsylvania and the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
