OLSH STUDENT ACHIEVEMENTS RECOGNIZED AT ANNUAL HONORS CONVOCATION

Students were recognized for their academic, athletic, and service-oriented accomplishments at the 2025 OLSH Honors Convocation held on Monday evening. The ceremony celebrated the achievements of the student body, with Academic Course Awards, scholarships, and special honors presented, including recognition of the Class of 2025’s top graduates.

Faculty members honored the highest-performing student in each subject with an Academic Course Award ribbon. In addition, several special awards were presented to students who demonstrated exceptional dedication, service, and leadership throughout their time at OLSH.

Among the most prestigious awards presented were:

OLSH Scholar Athlete Award – Emily Funka and Lucca Grisafi

Spirit of Caring Award (most volunteer hours recorded over four years) – Margaret Mary Sweeney

Blessed Angela Award (presented to the senior who best exemplifies the spirit of Blessed Angela) – Margaret Mary Sweeney

Class of 2025 Top 10 Graduates (in alphabetical order): Ava Ciummo, Emily Funka, Lucca Grisafi, Veronica Ingros, Alessia Mattucci, Liam Rains, Jack Samchuck, Kieran Tyler, Noah Wheeler, and Bailey Ye

Class of 2025 Valedictorian – Emily Funka
