Interact Club Hosts Service Project for Light of Life Rescue Mission

Earlier this week, students participated in a service project to provide bagged lunches to members of the homeless population in Pittsburgh. The Interact Club asked the OLSH community to donate items like peanut butter, jelly, juice boxes, and leftover Halloween candy.

Club members started making sandwiches and packing bags during their activity period on Tuesday and invited students to stay after school to complete the project. 150 bags were packed and taken to Light of Life Rescue Mission on the North Shore that afternoon. Thank you to Interact, Student Government, and all other members of the OLSH community who donated items to make this possible!
