OLSH Welcomes New Faculty and Staff

OLSH is pleased to have several talented individuals join our faculty and staff for the 2020-2021 school year.

Matt Farago has been named Athletics Advancement & Communications Manager.  For the past four years, Matt was the Public Address Announcer for the Harlem Globetrotters and traveled to more than 44 states and 25 countries.  He is also starting his 14th year announcing games as the “Voice of the Chargers” and will continue to manage the OLSH Sports Network.  Matt is also responsible for securing sponsorships and other financial support for OLSH Athletics. Matt looks forward to being in the school building each day and having the opportunity to spotlight our great student athletes and their stories on and off the field.

Zach Korzi is the newest member of the Math Department and will be teaching Algebra I, Precalculus, and Statistics, and co-teaching Technology & Online Information Literacy (TOIL).   Zach is a graduate of Robert Morris University and is currently enrolled in a graduate program at Westminster College.  He was previously a building substitute at Moon Area High School and he is excited to be back in a classroom with students.  Zach has already been struck by how closely knit OLSH is and he looks forward to being a part of the school community.

Julia Myron has joined the Theology faculty.  She will teach all freshmen students and a section of sophomores.  Julia is a recent graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University with a degree in theology and minors in religious education, pastoral and youth ministry, and math.  She will also serve as an assistant coach for the OLSH girls soccer team.  Julia looks forward to teaching the Catholic faith to her students and getting to know the people who make up the OLSH family!

Renee Price is the new Enrollment and Events Manager.  Most recently, she served as Director of Admissions at Quigley Catholic High School.   Renee looks forward to being part of the Admissions team working alongside Jessica Sellman and Kelly Pontiere, planning and leading OLSH events, and meeting new families. She plans to attend many athletic events as well, as her three sons now attend OLSH and play on our athletic teams.

We look forward to the positive impact each of these individuals will have on our community and we extend our warmest welcome and good wishes.
