OLSH Financial Aid Application for 2023-2024 Now Open for Returning Students! All applications for OLSH Financial Aid for returning students for the 2023-2024 school year are due in their entirety no later than *Thursday, March 30, 2023, and are only accepted online through FACTS Tuition Management System. To apply for OLSH Financial Aid, please follow the instructions below: - Access the OLSH Grant & Aid Application in FACTS by clicking here.
- Sign up for a user account, or use your existing FACTS log-in information.
- Complete the application and pay the $25 non-refundable application fee.
- Be sure to complete and upload your 2022 Federal taxes (including all W-2s and applicable schedules) by the March 30 deadline. Only 2022 tax returns will be considered. Failure to upload your 2022 tax return by the deadline may result in a lower aid award.
- If you are applying for assistance from the Bishop's Education Fund (BEF), complete your FACTS application for OLSH as described above, indicating your intent to apply for BEF where listed in the application. Be sure to also complete the Pastor Verification Form, have your pastor sign the form, and return it to the OLSH Business Office. When families apply for tuition assistance through the FACTS Tuition Management System, they are considered for all monies, from all sources (including EITC/OSTC programs) for which they qualify. Aid packages vary on individual circumstances and can range up to 75% of the cost of tuition. The 75% aid packages are awarded based on availability of funding to assist those with the highest demonstrated need. Families who wish to be considered for the maximum 75% aid award MUST submit their application by the March 30 deadline.
