The annual Welcome Mass and Matriculation Ceremony will begin at 2:30 pm in the OLSH chapel, and serves to formally welcome the Class of 2026 into the OLSH community. Each student is welcome to invite two guests to the Mass. A social with light refreshments will follow the conclusion of Mass.

- Arrival: Students may be dropped off at the Angela Activities Center (AAC) between 9:15 and 9:30 am.
- Attire: Students will receive their Class of 2026 royal blue spirit shirts at registration to change into for the day or wear over their clothing. They may also dress casually for the day -- "appropriate" summer wear includes Bermuda shorts, capri pants, cargo shorts, and jeans (no rips or tears). Please NO flip flops or shorts/skirts more than 2 inches above the knee.
- Lunch: Lunch will be provided, but your child may pack a lunch if he or she has dietary restrictions. We have made accommodations for those with celiac/gluten and nut allergies.
- Phone Policy: Students are permitted to have their cell phones during the day, but they may only use them during designated times. Phones should be kept on silent. The OLSH faculty chaperoning the event have the authority to confiscate the phone in the event of excessive use or abuse of the privilege.
- Mass: After the day's activities, two family members are invited to join the students, faculty and staff for a Matriculation Ceremony and Mass, which begins in the OLSH Chapel at 2:30 pm. Students will be processing into the Chapel and sitting together as a class for the first time! (Each student is permitted two guests in the Chapel.)
- Social: Immediately following Mass, OLSH will host a family social with light refreshments and appetizers. This will take place in the OLSH cafeteria and social commons.
