All families are expected to complete the PowerSchool Registration form each year, updating your family contact and other student safety information. Please read and complete the form carefully to ensure that we have the most current contact information with which we can reach you.
To complete this process:- Log into your PowerSchool Parent account (the form is only accessible in the Parent account, not the student account)
- Click PowerSchool Registration on the left hand side at the bottom of the menu.
- Complete the New Student Form (for new students) or Existing Student Form (for returning students) - the appropriate form should appear in your account.
This form is essential in helping us to keep your child's emergency contact and other important information as up to date as possible. You will be also be asked if you give permission for your child's photograph to be used by OLSH for promotional and other purposes and if you would like your information included in the OLSH Student Directory.
Please complete the form by August 31.
