Welcome Mass & Matriculation Ceremony

You child is cordially invited to join the OLSH family for our official "first" event for incoming freshmen!





Freshman Foundations Day for the Class of 2025 will take place on Sunday, August 22. This event begins at 10:30 am in the Angela Activities Center (OLSH gymnasium) and includes a variety of fun activities for the students.

Lunch will be provided, but your child may pack a lunch if he or she has dietary restrictions. Students will receive their Class of 2025 red spirit shirts at registration to change into for the day.  




The annual Welcome Mass and Matriculation Ceremony will begin at 4:00 pm in the OLSH chapel (tentative), and serves to formally welcome the Class of 2025 into the OLSH community. We will celebrate our new freshman class with a picnic dinner following Mass at 5:00 pm. The menu will include grilled chicken, hamburgers, and hotdogs. Each student is welcome to invite two guests to the ceremony and dinner.

We are so excited to welcome everyone to the OLSH family and to celebrate this special rite of passage!
