Dear Senior Parent or Guardian,

 It seems as thoughsummer has just begun, but we are already underway and planning for theupcoming school year.  The Senior Retreatcomes up at the very beginning of the school year so it is time to make you awareof the details.

TheSenior Retreat is scheduled for Tuesday, August 24, 2021, which is thefirst week of school.  This is anopportunity to bring students together as a class before the hard work ofclasses begins.  The Seniors have achance to bond after the summer break and spend time praying and discussingtheir role as leaders at OLSH – especially their roles as spiritual leaders. Therewill be an opportunity for the Sacrament of Reconciliation in the afternoon. Thestudents truly enjoy it as a kick-off to their Senior year. 

Students willreport to OLSH at the usual time in the morning (before the 7:39 a.m. warningbell) and then will be bussed to and from Youthtowne for the day (studentsreturn in time for afternoon busses).

The cost of theretreat is $16 which includes transportation, lunch, speaker’s fee and stipendfor the priest confessors.  A permissionslip for the retreat is enclosed and needs to be returned along with thefee.  It would be helpful to havepermission slips along with payment by August 16, 2021.
