PARENT INFORMATION EVENING

We know that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about a great deal of change and emotion for families, and now this additional major change - the closure of their beloved school - is likely raising even more stress and emotions. 

Know that we at OLSH are committed to helping you find the right home for your child, no matter where that home may be. We have already formed a plan to assist your family through the summer, so that the process may be less daunting and a little less intimidating for your child. We have also created an expedited process by which both Vincentian and Quigley students can begin to feel a part of a family again, and find their place in a new home.

To assist you, we have detailed below the immediate steps in the transfer process. We have recently set dates for incoming transfer meetings with counselors and an administrator, to expedite the scheduling process. Please reach out at any time if you have questions or concerns along the way.

Please also save the date for our Transfer Parent Information Evening on Tuesday, June 23 at 7:00 pm. More details will be shared in the coming days regarding this event, as we determine whether we are able (due to numbers) to hold this event in person (safely socially distanced), or virtually. So that we can plan accordingly, please RSVP to Mrs. Kelly Pontiere, admissions assistant, at [email protected].

PARENT INFORMATION EVENING

Join us virtually from the comfort of your home to learn more about OLSH, including what to expect this summer and how to prepare your child for transfer this fall! We will also be sharing more details about our upcoming Summer Program for transfer students.

Please RSVP to Mrs. Kelly Pontiere, Admissions Assistant, at [email protected] to receive log-in details.





  1. Submit your Application for Admission: This will hold your child's seat in the class. We have extended the FREE application period for all incoming freshmen and transfers through Wednesday, June 17.
  2. Submit the Records Request Form (found on the application page) to your counseling office so that OLSH can receive preliminary records.
  3. Schedule a Transfer Interview: All transfer students have the opportunity to meet with a team including administrators and a counselor to work through scheduling questions and other important transfer information. Acceptances will be processed and mailed as transfer meetings are concluded, in order to expedite your child's transfer into OLSH and participation in summer activities.
