Cross Country Training Camp (Grades 4-8)
July 6-9, 8:00 am - 10:00 am
This camp will incorporate leg and hip strengthening with some light weight training, along with speed development using running bands. Hill training and downhill running techniques will be introduced. Camp will take place on the OLSH campus and Montour Trail (transportation provided by OLSH).
