All applications for OLSH Tuition Assistance are due Friday, March 15, 2019, and are only accepted online through FACTS Tuition Management System.
To apply for OLSH Tuition Assistance, please follow the instructions below:
Complete the application and pay the $25 non-refundable application fee.
Be sure to complete your 2018 taxes as soon as possible to finalize your application. Only 2018 tax returns will be considered. Please DO NOT submit tax returns from 2017 or prior years.
If you are applying for assistance from the Bishop's Education Fund (BEF), complete your FACTS application for OLSH as described above, indicating your intent to apply for BEF where listed in the application. Be sure to also complete the Pastor Verification Form, have your pastor sign the form, and submit it through FACTS.
When families apply for tuition assistance through the FACTS tuition management system, they are considered for all monies, from all sources, including EITC/OSTC programs, for which they qualify.
