FREE CyberCamp at Pitt and RMU
The University of Pittsburgh Institute for Cyber Law, Policy, and Security (Pitt Cyber) in partnership with Robert Morris University is hosting a week-long Air Force Association CyberCamp for high school students (entering 9th grade – graduating 12th grade) from July 23-27, 2018The program is going to be offered at both Pitt and RMU. (An additional, advanced camp will be offered at Pitt for students who completed last year’s camp.) CyberCamp is designed to inspire students toward careers in cyber security and other science, technology, engineering, and mathematics -- (STEM) disciplines that are critical to our nation’s future.  There is no cost to attend. The $250 per student registration fee will be paid by Pitt and RMU, as part of their commitment to workforce development in Southwestern Pennsylvania. Lunch and curriculum workbooks are included, and there are no prerequisite skills other than introductory digital literacy. Students may register for CyberCamp here. They may register individually or with their school friends to form a team. Please note that the camp will fill up quickly.
