FREE Accounting Camp for Minority Students at Point Park
The National Association of Black Accountants and Point Park University are once again sponsoring a FREE, in-residence, summer camp for high school students from June 24-29, 2018 at Point Park University in Pittsburgh, PA. The goal of the Accounting Career Awareness Program, which is part of the National Association of Black Accountants, Inc., is to increase the understanding of accounting career opportunities among high school students in underrepresented minority groups. Recognizing that preparation for a professional career begins in junior and senior year, this one-week program is designed for qualified sophomores, juniors, and seniors. The camp focuses on communicating opportunities for careers in accounting, and while students work hard, they still have tons of fun. To learn more or apply, click here.
