All monies collected from this Pancake Breakfast benefit The Emily Jancart Scholarship Foundation. The scholarship is awarded anually to one St. James 8th Grader attending OLSH in the fall, and one St. James student in grades K-7.
Emily is a 2013 graduate of OLSH and passed away as a result of a bicycle accident.
