Dear Women of the OLSH Community,
The women of the Theology Department want to make you aware of an opportunity to take a day away and refresh and renew your relationship with Christ and His Church.
As women, we are always filling our time, filling our mental space, and filling our hearts – sometimes with things that are good, like the tasks of our vocations, our work, or service to others, but often, we allow ourselves to be filled by things that don’t satisfy us. We are filled by fears and lies, filled by social media and comparison, filled by worry or exhaustion or frustration. When we go about our daily lives filled with the wrong things, we feel spent. We are operating out of our spiritual “tank,” spending and giving what we don’t have to those whom we serve and encounter. God wants so much more for us! He calls us to cultivate a space in our lives where He can pour His love into us,where He empowers us to operate not out of an empty tank, but out of the O V E R F L O W of His Holy Spirit and His grace!
Please Join us for the Second Annual Catholic Women's Fellowship Conference OVERFLOW: Live in the abundance of grace on October 27, 2018 at the Airport Hyatt Hotel. For more information and to register go to cwfpitt.org
Thank you,
Nancy Jarocki (Conference Organizer & OLSH Theology teacher) and Kate Kelly (Conference Emcee & OLSH Theology teacher)
