Algebra II-Period 2 Assignments

A - L. Column 1. M - Z - Column 2. Due by the end of the class. On looseleaf paper showing ALL work for full credit.

Please copy each problem and factor according to the directions. All should be done either on loose-leaf paper or for virtual students, in your notebook. No name costs 5 points off your grade! Those students online, submit by the end of class.

This is the worksheet that was originally planned for Friday. Please listen to which problems you will be asked to complete.

Choose 1 of each type of polynomial from the worksheet given on Tuesday, February 16th. This is only to be submitted by those student who are VIRTUAL on Wednesday, February 17th. There is a total of 4 graphs.
Due by the beginning of your respective class.

For best results, use graph paper. See the posting for the problems to be graphed according to 7 steps. I will be demonstrating a problem according to the 7 steps. This is due by tomorrow morning - 7:30 AM.

Assignment is from our ebook: page 136, #20-24, choose 1 odd and 2 even problems and solve by substitution. Page 137, #31-34, choose 1 odd and 2 even problems and solve by elimination.

All virtual students - quiz MUST be taken on the attached sheet and submitted before the end of class. No name will cost you 5 points and not showing an interim step will not give you full credit. Submit through Google Classroom and if not possible, send it to my school email at [email protected].

Attached is a graded assignment on factoring. PLEASE BE CAREFUL: M-Z Column 1 and A-L Column 2. If you do the wrong column, you will lose 10 points for not following directions on top of any mathematical errors. Only a total of 9 problems but each problem has lots of points to earn. All work must be shown to earn full credit.

Please do this graded assignment according to the directions given - first column is for A-L and the second column M-Z.
There is a total of 6 graphs to be submitted so please use 2 of the provided graph sheet. That is, 3 graphs per page. Note that the deadline is 3 PM. DO NOT submit the sheet with the directions - only the 2 graph sheets. As always - the more work you show the better. I will be available during class to answer any questions.

This is an in-class graded assignment. Virtual students will need to complete and submit their assignment by 9:19 am - the end of class in school.

This graded classwork needs to be put into a table as we did on Tuesday. Headings at the top are enough for all the problems. You must copy each function, give all transformations, and if asked, give its domain and range. NO GRAPHING is to be done. Yes - #18 is part of the assignment. In person students - on a piece of loose leaf paper; virtual students - in your notebook with your name visible on top and submitted by the end of your class.

Choose 1 column of the attached worksheet - 6 problems in all. DO NOT submit the worksheet - all problems should be copied onto a piece of looseleaf paper and all work must be shown. Virtual students - if you use your notebook, please make sure your name is at the top of the page.

Column 1 has 10 equations to solve and Column 2 has 6 inequalities to solve and graph. If you feel you need more space than on the sheet, please do it all on a piece of loose leaf paper. Remember, every step must be shown for full credit.
