Biology-Period 5- (10:54 - 11:35 AM) Assignments

In-person students need to have this completed on hard copy (on paper), Online students must complete a virtual copy.

If you are online today (Jan. 26) you do not need to sign into class. Your only assignment is to watch a movie or a tv show and say where you see aspects of Biology in that show or movie that you watched. Try and relate it to something we learned in class. If not try and relate it to Biology as a whole. Write a short paragraph for explanation. I will create an assignment where you can submit your paragraph.

In class students will be doing the in class version, while the online students will be completing the Creating a Karyotype google slides activity. Please pay attention to the instructions in class. Online students will turn in the google slides and in class students will turn in the paper document or upload pictures of the paper document.

Binders will be checked for completion tomorrow. If you are in class, I will physically check your binder and if you are at home you will need to submit the document you have been taking notes with for the whole first semester. If it is multiple documents please attach all of the documents. Let me know if you have any questions.

This is an extra credit opportunity where you can earn a couple bonus points for creating a meme about our biology class. The meme has to be appropriate and somehow connected to our biology class. You can not copy and paste ones from the internet. If you have any questions feel free to email me. Please post your memes here by Monday. Late responses will not receive extra credit.

Due Nov 2nd, at 7:30 AM. If not turned in by then it will be marked late and you will only receive half credit.

Please turn in online by friday morning.
