Committee members are needed to help with:

• Solicitations – gathering prizes for the auction

• Communications – assisting with mailing of invitations and other correspondence
  and assembling of registration packets

• Raffles – putting together the raffle prizes and grab bag feature

• Decorations – assisting with the décor of the event

• Event Promotions – working to promote the event to the community and helping to gain sponsorships

• Event Night Volunteers  - help with registration, check-out and pick-up of gifts,
  set-up and clean-up, and other event night tasks
