Welcome Night for the Class of 2028

We are excited to welcome the Class of 2028 and their parents to our OLSH Welcome Night event on Wednesday, May 1 at 7:00 pm!

This event consists of two separate sessions—one for parents, and one for incoming students.

The Parent/Guardian Information Session will take place in the OLSH Auditorium, and will include a review of all important upcoming dates and information for the summer and fall as well as an explanation of your child’s class schedule and placement test results. Information packets containing these items will be handed out at registration to the parent/guardian on record for each student.

The Class of 2028 Student Session will take place in the Angela Activities Center (AAC, OLSH's gymnasium) on the same night! This session will be led by current OLSH students and will include team building exercises, friendly competition, opportunities to sign up for sports and activities meeting over the summer, and an overview of the many unique aspects and traditions of OLSH!

Already Applied?

Thank you for applying to OLSH!  If you have applied but not yet received your acceptance paperwork in the mail, it may be because we are missing necessary records for your child.  All applicants must submit a current 8th grade report card, complete 7th grade report card, most recent standardized test scores, discipline report, and any current individualized education plans or accommodations from their current school to be considered for admission. (Please see our Apply! page for a copy of the records request form.)

If you have completed these steps but have not received an acceptance packet, please contact the Admissions Office.  In the meantime, you may complete the other accepted student steps (detailed under the section for accepted students above) in order to keep the process moving along!  If you aren't sure which pieces of your child's admissions file might be missing, please contact Mrs. Kelly Pontiere at (412) 424-4615.

Not Yet Applied?

Luckily, there is still time to consider OLSH for your high school destination!

Please go to our Apply! page to complete the application process and express your intent to attend OLSH.  We encourage all families to submit their information as soon as possible to receive priority consideration for available course offerings. Please note that students who apply after the class has filled will be placed on a wait list.
