Legacy Gala Volunteers

Get on the bus and help us make this year's Gala one to remember!

Gala Committees

Auction Prize Committee: Coordinates/solicits items for Chinese, Silent, and Live Auctions

Raffle Committee: Organizes the distribution and sale of Special Raffle tickets

School Life Committee: Coordinates class baskets by grade (development of theme for each grade); promotes ticket sales to families; coordinates on-site auction volunteers

On-site set-up Committee: Responsible for all set-up duties at the Hyatt on March 2, including transfer and display of auction items

Finance Committee: Responsible for on-site registration, check-out and cash flow/collection at the event

Social Ambassadors Committee: Helps to host the Gala, welcomes guests, directs guests to areas (auction/dinner tables, etc.), answers questions, "table relations" - each table will have one OLSH Ambassador, also responsible for sending Thank You notes after the event

Promotional Committee: Responsible for graphic design of logo/invitations/signs, flyers, posters, etc.; coordinates event program book (design, layout); develops and executes publicity plan/timeline for external promotion in church bulletins, posters distribution and display, advertisements, etc.
