Adopt A Student

Keeping an OLSH education attainable remains paramount as we continue the mission of the Felician Sisters to educate a socially & economically diverse student body. The cost to educate a student is significantly higher than what is charged in tuition dollars. Advancement efforts fund this gap so that we can keep tuition at an affordable rate. However, many of our families need additional financial support. Gifts to the OLSH Adopt A Student Program enable talented students to earn an OLSH education and continue on to leave their mark on the world.

This program is the opportunity for individuals to donate scholarship dollars to students at OLSH. The scholarship dollars are dispersed to students identified with significant financial need. Recipients of the OLSH Adopt A Student scholarships are often from hard working single-parent families trying hard to provide their son/daughter with a Catholic education. By becoming an Adopt A Student benefactor, YOU are making the choice to provide a student a transformational OLSH education.

Your Commitment to the Student

Your commitment to Adopting a student can range from a partial scholarship to being fully financially responsible for all of their educational costs (tuition & uniforms). These scholarships often make the difference between a needy student going to OLSH or remaining in a public school. The program allows 100% of your donation to go directly to the student.
