FACTS Tuition Management Plan

Enrollment in FACTS

Tuition Assistance

All families are strongly encouraged to apply for tuition assistance. Beginning in mid-January, returning families should log in to FACTS and complete the tuition assistance application. New families should create an account with FACTS and complete the tuition assistance application.

Tuition Management Plan

Families of incoming freshmen and transfer students must enroll in FACTS and choose a tuition management plan. You can log in to FACTS and select a payment plan by clicking on the FACTS logo to the left.

The tuition plans for returning students will automatically roll over for the 2016-2017 school year. If you need to make a change in your plan, please contact Valerie Harrison at vharrison@olsh.org. If no changes are needed, no action is necessary on your part.

If your child will be a senior for the 2016-2017 school year, you are required to pick a payment plan to ensure that all tuition obligations will be met by mid-May. If all tuition obligations are not met, your senior will not be permitted to participate in graduation.

Can I use the same login for FACTS that I used to apply for tuition assistance
Yes, once you create a login with FACTS, you will continue to use that login for the duration of your student's career.

Can I use the same login for FACTS that I used for my child's elementary school?
Yes, once you have created a login with FACTS, you will continue to use that login for the duration of your student's career.

Do I have to pay my tuition through FACTS?
Yes, all OLSH families will pay their tuition and fees via FACTS.

What if I do not select a payment plan?
If you do not choose a payment plan, one will be chosen for you in order to expedite the process.

What are my payment options?
Once you enroll in FACTS, you can choose your payment plan, and select a monthly due date and payment method that works best for your family. Options include:

  • an invoice mailed to your home, so you can pay with a check,
  • an invoice delivered electronically for online payment,
  • an automatic debit from a savings or checking account, or
  • payment via a credit card (with a nominal convenience fee added).

Do I have to pay a fee to participate in FACTS?
There is no out-of-pocket cost to participate in the program.

When is my payment due?
Your payment plan determines your due date. See above for details.

Is FACTS secure?
FACTS uses a secure site to protect your personal information, and has been SSAE 16 Audited, is PCI DSS Level One Compliant, and is Red Flags Ready. Please visit FACTS website to learn more about the security they offer.
