Class of 2017: Incoming Freshmen

Application Instructions

Applicants to grade nine are to complete the following requirements:

  • Placement Test (contact Admissions for more information)
  • Student Essay Question (contact Admissions for more information)
  • Catholic Memorandum for Understanding (to be completed after acceptance/admission)
  • Submit forms as detailed below:

Please provide and/or request the following documents from your school. The online application allows for these materials to be uploaded, but they may also be mailed to the following address:

  • Final Seventh Grade Report Card
  • Eighth Grade Report Card (work completed to present)
  • Standardized Testing Scores (Terra Nova, PSSA, IOWA, etc.)

Paper Applications are available only upon request.

Students who are currently in grade eight and are considering attending OLSH in the 2013-2014 school year should take the placement test prior to acceptance. If you are applying for admission to OLSH and have taken the placement test at another location, please send your test scores with your application materials.

Transfer Students

Application Instructions

Applicants to grades ten and eleven are to complete the following requirements:

  • Application for Admission ($25 application fee due upon submission)
  • Catholic Memorandum for Understanding (to be completed after acceptance/admission)
  • Transfer Student Agreement (to be completed after acceptance/admission)
  • Submit forms as detailed below

An interview may be requested by Admissions to determine course preparedness and scheduling.

Mid-year Applicants

OLSH accepts transfer students at the start of the second semester if the student’s course work is transferable during the academic year. Please contact the Director of Admissions at
